A FEW THINGS, EXPLAINED

Good questions. Clear answers.

Everything you need to know before your first layer.

What can I print?

We print single-colour PLA models: prototypes, decorative pieces, and everyday parts. The maximum printer volume is 210 × 210 × 210 mm. Supports and brim need room too, so final fit is checked by slicing. We do not automatically split designs.

Which files can I upload?

STL and OBJ files are supported. Your file must contain a valid surface mesh. Open or non-manifold meshes are blocked until you upload a corrected file. No silent repairs are applied.

How is my quote calculated?

A real PrusaSlicer worker estimates the filament and runtime of your accepted design. The quotation uses the selected colour, quantity, print profile and current pricing settings. Changing any of these requires a new quotation.

Can I use more than one colour?

Each printed item uses one selected PLA colour. Available colours are shown in the estimator. Screen colours may differ from physical filament.

How long will it take?

Your quote includes indicative dispatch guidance. After payment, staff review your design and provide updates through your private order timeline. Complex prints and larger quantities can take longer.

Is delivery free?

Yes, shipping is ₹0 for supported locations in India. Supported states and postal regions are configurable by the service operator and checked at checkout.

Do I need an account?

No. Upload, quotation, PDF download, checkout and tracking all work without a customer account. To track an order, request a secure link using your order number and checkout email.

Are my designs private?

Models are stored privately. Only someone with your secure model or quotation link and authorised staff can access them. See the privacy page for retention information.

What if my model cannot be sliced?

You will see an actionable error instead of a made-up price. Try reducing the size, changing orientation or repairing geometry in your modelling software, then upload the corrected file.

Is PLA suitable for my application?

PLA is useful for prototypes and many everyday objects. It can soften in heat and may not suit food contact, load-bearing or safety-critical use. Confirm material suitability for your intended use before ordering.
